A Brief Introduction To The Village
Retirement living is an exciting and fast growing concept. Independant living in a community with people of a similar age brings a different and in some ways a more welcoming angle to retirement.
Set in 5 acres of lush, mature grounds, Kingsdown Retirement Village is an exclusive, new and vibrant development bringing traditional community spirit and a true sense of belonging to the over 55’s. With a combination of modern and imaginative, two bedroom, two bathroom bungalows and one and two bedroom apartments to choose from, you’re bound to find yourself counting down the days until you can finally move in.
With numerous facilities for residents and visitors, this lovely retirement village offers independent living and an active social life built around the communal facilities. Built to a high specification, this is the perfect place to build friendships and feel safe and relaxed.
Sit and enjoy a nice ‘cuppa’ with friends and get to know your neighbours in the communal lounge and for those of you who love to read, get lost in a good book in the library.
If you’re feeling energetic you can make good use of the gym or take a stroll to Stanton Lake and Gardens and there are local shops nearby that you could walk or cycle to, as well.
With onsite beauty facilities, you can have your hair or nails done and feel totally pampered with friends and for the warmer months, you can sit outside enjoying the sunshine, the gardens and well stocked fish pond.
You will be living in a safe and luxurious environment with the comfort that everything including the property maintenance is taken care of.
We are taking all of the stressful things out of your hands so you can
enjoy all the things you want to do.
