We also understand that some residents may have existing care arrangements in place whether that is via an independent care agency or provided by family & friends.

We feel it essential that all our residents have a choice in deciding who will provide their care & that they maintain that flexibility whilst living in one of our communities.

An element of care is a requirement in order to purchase a property in the village and an assessment will be required before any commitment is made.
